Position Reports to: Communications Director
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and produce church-wide and department specific media pieces
o Work with project manager and department heads to create and develop branding, in-house media, television media and general print pieces, A/V graphics, advertising, branding for sermon series, stage design concepts and signage
o Ensure brand quality and integrity maintained in all media sources and production
o Maintain awareness of current trends in graphic design and provide suggestions and updates to keep branding and designs relevant for church demographic needs
o Maintain historical file of projects developed
o Oversee in-house and outsourced production of media pieces
o Assist Project Manager with developing strategies for out-sourcing production and volunteer development as needed
• Be actively involved in the service expressions of the church holding people interactions at the highest value
• Be proactive in self growth and developing and sharing ideas for church growth, care, and administration
• Keep abreast of industry trends and development always growing your knowledge
o Attend seminars, meetings and events which will expand your expertise in field

This is a new full time position that oversees all children's ministry and programming from Kindergarten through 5th grade.

The candidate must have at least 1 year experience serving as a Children's Pastor at a local church, have a strong marriage, be financially stable, and agree with the statement of faith of Real Life Church.
