Randy Bezet is the founding and Lead Pastor of Bayside Community Church, named by Outreach Magazine in 2011 as the 10th Fastest Growing Church in America. Bayside is a multi-campus church with a vision to reach its local communities. Now reaching more than 5,500 people a weekend, Bayside continues to look for ways to reach more people for Jesus Christ. Randy and his wife, Amy, have four children and live in Bradenton, Florida.
Randy is known for his funny, life-giving, and Cajun-laced messages. As a pastor and teacher, he focuses on building the local church, reaching the lost with the gospel, and helping people reach their full potential in Christ.
Randy serves on the board of Association Related Churches (ARC), a church planting organization that has already planted over 270 churches since 2001 and serves as a board member for Champions Network with Joel Osteen. Randy is also the founder of Relate Coaching, a coaching program focused to help lead pastors uncover practical solutions, tactics, and strategies, to help break growth barriers and accomplish the vision God has given them.
When not telling Boudreaux jokes, Randy can be found on the golf course or spending time with his family.
