Apply online, then join an invite-only assessment with experienced ARC pastors.

Regional launch coaching, monthly Coaching Labs, and milestone tracking.

Hit your milestones, become eligible for ARC funding, and open your doors.

Six months of coaching after launch, plus a lifelong network of ARC pastors who’ve been where you are.

Here’s our recommended timeline, counted back from launch day. We know every path is unique. Even if your journey looks a little different, we’re here to support you.
12–18 months before launch
Attend Launch Live
Learn the nuts and bolts from ARC pastors, coaches, and staff.
Apply
By invitation after the event. We look at three areas: marriage, money, and ministry. Results in about 30 days.
Access online training
Once approved, start building your launch plan in ARC All Access.
6–12 months before launch
Attend an in-person assessment
Together with your spouse. Includes a marriage assessment and a review of your launch plan.
Connect with a Launch Coach
Private coaching calls and monthly webinars with a regional coach who’s planted with ARC.
4–6 months before launch
Receive funding
Meet your milestones, ideally 2–3 months before launch. ARC matches what you raise dollar for dollar, up to $100,000.

Does attending Launch Live mean I’m approved to plant with ARC?
Not yet. Launch Live is where you get the tools and get to know ARC. If you want to plant with us, the next step afterward is the application and assessment.
Are there prerequisites to attend?
No. Launch Live is designed for couples 12–18 months from launch, but anyone preparing to plant is welcome. Our Launch Team will reach out after you register to talk through your timeline.
What does registration cover?
$599 covers two planters, along with meals during the event. Travel and lodging are on you.
I’m two or three years out. Should I come now?
You’ll get the most from Launch Live when your launch is 12–18 months away. However, you’re welcome to attend at any stage as you explore your call. Just keep in mind that we may ask you to attend again, depending on when you officially start the Launch process.
Will my church be part of a denomination?
No. ARC churches are autonomous and legally independent. ARC comes alongside you with training, coaching, funding, and relationships.
