Although ARC and the Local Networks are separate organizations, they work together and may need to share personal data so that each can carry out their responsibilities as organizations, support church planting and provide products and services you request.

While this Privacy Notice is posted on the website by ARC as a Data Controller, it is on the section of the website managed by the Local Network where the Local Network is also a Data Controller of personal data you provide.

If you provide personal data directly to the Local Network, the Local Network is the Data Controller responsible to comply with its legal obligations under GDPR. Where consented or permitted, this personal data is shared with ARC and ARC may either process such data on behalf of the Local Network, or as a joint Controller, used for its own purposes.

Where ARC and the Local Network are joint Controllers, both are responsible for how your data is processed.

ARC Church Plant Process Personal Information

We may collect and store sensitive personal information during the ARC Church Plant process. Some of this information may be contractual and may not fall under the right to be forgotten due to your contractual obligation with ARC. If you do not agree to the collection and storage of this data, please do not start the Launch process. Examples of this information are:
