Rodney James was raised building buildings with his father. God called him from the corporate aviation world to full time ministry where he served as a worship leader/executive pastor and later senior pastor for 20 years. Having led his church through 3 major projects, Rodney understands the full process from discovering need, to vision casing, to raising funds, to designing and building ministry related projects.
Having walked with over 300 churches over the past 15 years, Rodney has a gift and passion to educate churches and lead them through successful on-budget projects. His experience and expertise with ministry facility design and construction provides a broad base of knowledge to help churches understand the process and avoid the common missteps along the journey.
