Ian was a co-founder of REACHRIGHT along with CEO & Founder Thomas Costello back in 2016. He has a pastoral background and has also worked in sales consulting, sales management, and business development. Ian is currently the Director of Sales and Conversation Architect at REACHRIGHT. Ian is an Austin, Texas native and has a beautiful wife and two kids. When he is not consulting churches on how to grow, he enjoys time with family and friends, physical fitness, swimming, and being a football, baseball, and volleyball dad. Fun fact: he still plays video games regularly as a middle-aged man.
