Allan Armitt is CEO of StartCHURCH, helping churches and ministries build strong, sustainable foundations for long-term growth and impact. With a background in economics and over a decade in nonprofit and ministry leadership, he specializes in strategy, financial stewardship, and governance for faith-based organizations.
Before becoming CEO, Allan served as CFO at StartCHURCH and held executive roles in church launches and in ministry, including leading a national gathering at the National Mall in Washington, D.C., with over 100,000 participants, in partnership with 50 other ministries.
Allan is particularly passionate about helping ministries and nonprofits align their operations with their mission, ensuring that the foundations are in place so that when growth happens, it strengthens their impact, rather than straining it.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Allan behind a bass guitar, hiking a trail, riding his motorcycle, or climbing the ranks of a competitive video game. Although an Alabama native, he lives in Georgia with his wife, Ranae, and their daughter.
