Happy New Year, ARC Family! As we move into 2023, full of excitement and expectant for what’s to come, it’s important that we start the year off strong with a foundation of prayer. Many ARC pastors and churches leaders worldwide will join together this month and begin the new year with 21 Days of Prayer. This is an intentional time to seek God in prayer and believe for Him to move in powerful ways!
Here at ARC, we’re taking time to thank God for an amazing 20+ years of serving church planters, a strong staff and lead team that help advance our mission, and all of YOU who make ARC the family that it is! We’re also praying for God’s hand to be on each couple and their teams who are making the final preparations to launch a new, life-giving church in their community this year! We love the local church, we believe in the local church, and we are excited to see this new group of church planters reach their cities with the message of Jesus!
Your church can participate in 21 Days of Prayer by hosting your own daily prayer meetings in person or online. Or, join a live-stream being hosted by churches like Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, AL. Church of the Highlands has made their 21 Days of Prayer resources available for any church to use! They provide electronic files for their Pray First Prayer Journal and Kids Prayer Journal, and a link to download their Pray First app!
The world needs strong local churches! Let’s seek God and lift each other up in prayer as we start this new year.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
– Philippians 4:6
