2026 ARC Launch Training Event Dates

If you’re sensing a call to plant a church, or you’re beginning to explore what that journey could look like, the ARC Launch church planter training event is where it all begins.

The ARC Launch training event is the first step in the ARC church planting process and is designed to equip future church planters with practical training, real-life insight, and relational connection. These in-person gatherings bring together experienced pastors, coaches, and ARC staff to help you prepare for the road ahead.

ARC Launch is ideal for individuals and couples who are about six months to two years away from their planned launch date. While we typically recommend attending 12–18 months before launch, planters at different stages have found the training incredibly valuable. There are no prerequisites to attend, making ARC Launch a great fit whether you’re actively preparing to plant or simply discerning your next step.

During the training, you’ll receive hands-on teaching on the foundational elements of launching a healthy, life-giving church. We’ll cover everything from vision and launch teams to branding, outreach, governance, and maintaining a healthy rhythm of life and ministry. The ARC Launch training event is a required step before moving forward to assessment, coaching, and access to additional ARC resources, though attendance does not guarantee approval to plant.

While ARC Launch is primarily designed for prospective church planters, lead pastors, and campus pastors are also welcome to attend and learn alongside those preparing to launch.
