Brandon and Delaney Woodward felt an undeniable call to leave the city they grew up in and all they’d known to plant a life-giving and unifying church in our nation’s capital.
Natives of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Brandon and Delaney planted Union City Church in September 2021. They talk through some of the challenges of leaving your hometown but how faith in the calling of God kept them going.
One of the defining parts of their story is how God has shown up in every challenge to exceed their expectations. They knew church planting would be full of stress and endless unknowns, but now they’re experiencing the joys of church planting and how much they love their community.
