Nate Puccini is the executive pastor of Substance Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He serves lead pastors Peter and Carolyn Haas on the executive team and oversees the staff, ministries, and organizations that Substance operates. Prior to joining leadership staff at Substance, Nate owned and operated a successful business of 17 cellular phone stores with more than 210 employees. He is passionate about ARC and church planting.
